This program is for you if:
you want to start running but don’t know where to begin
you’ve started and stopped before and want consistency
you want to train for your first (or next) 5K without guessing
you’re balancing running with CrossFit, lifting, or a busy schedule
you want guidance and accountability without the cost of one-on-one coaching
Running advice is everywhere—but not all of it applies to you.
A personalized training plan takes your current fitness, schedule, goals, and experience into account so you can train with purpose instead of guessing.
Whether you're starting from scratch, returning after time away, balancing running with CrossFit or strength training, or preparing for your first race, your plan should fit your life and goals.
A personalized plan helps you:
build consistency without overdoing it
progress safely and avoid common beginner mistakes
balance running with lifting, work, and real life
know what to do each week without second-guessing
train for a specific goal like a 5K, half marathon, or marathon
adjust when life, travel, or injuries happen
Coaching gives you structure, accountability, and confidence so you can keep showing up and keep improving.
Hey guys!
I’m Emily— a longtime runner and CrossFitter who saw a need to bring women in Denver together to train with confidence, consistency, and accountability.
I’m obsessed with consistency—it has been the guiding star in my own journey to become the happiest, strongest, and most fulfilled version of myself.
Consistency does not mean doing the same thing every single day. It means stacking good habits over months and years.
You don’t need to run every day—or even every week—but consistent running, lifting, healthy eating, and good sleep over time is where the magic happens. A missed workout doesn’t matter. What matters is coming back.
I started running in 2012 and have finished five marathons, along with many other races along the way. I started CrossFit in 2017, and these days I naturally move between a fall running season and a spring CrossFit season.
To me, that’s what consistency looks like: staying active and committed to what brings you joy in that season.
I always come back to running because I love the structure, the discipline, and the process of preparing for a race—especially marathon training.
My goal with this group is simple: to help you build confidence through running and create a space where showing up feels easier.
You do not need to be fast, or fit, or young, or ready — you just need to start.
I’ll be training right alongside you—and I can’t wait to run with you!
All the Best,
Coach Emily
